Kitten Walks Bride Down The Aisle On Her Wedding Day

Michael and Courtney Jimenez are a happy couple who love their tuxedo cat, Angel, as if he was their child. He is their furry “son” who shares their home with their human son, Michael Jr. That’s why they wanted to include him on their wedding day, one of the most important events of their lives!

Angel is a Family Member

Michael admitted that Angel is part of their family and couldn’t imagine getting married without him.

The special part was when Courtney’s dad held Angel as she walked down the aisle.

The couple hired Aileen, a photographer from Aileen Elizabeth Photography, based in Lorain, Ohio, to capture their memorable moments with their cat.

The Photographer’s Thrill

Aileen said that it was the first time she ever photographed a wedding with a cat and she marveled when she got to know from Courtney.

The photographer acknowledged that the wedding was a memorable one. The cat reflects the story of the couple and she loves every part of it.

She mentioned that when her parents asked her about the wedding, she proudly replied that the bride’s cat walked her down the aisle. And, it was beautiful!

Aileen said that Angel was a very good boy and even wore a bow tie to match his tuxedo fur! He enjoyed the ceremony, but he skipped the reception. He went home to take a nap instead.

Pets Can Lighten Up Your Ceremony

Angel was not the only pet that Aileen photographed at a wedding. She also took pictures of a German Shepherd named Jazz, the ring bearer for Ashley and Jason’s wedding.

Aileen mentioned how Jazz added a lot of happiness to Ashley and Jason’s wedding.

Soft Spot for Pets

Aileen has a soft spot for pets because she had a dog named Sam, who was with her for 17 years but passed away the last month.

She pointed out that Jazz was a big part of her family and they loved him very much. She has, however, got a plant she calls Carl.

Aileen hopes that more couples will follow the example of Michael and Courtney, and include their pets in their weddings.

She added that pets are family and they deserve to be there on important days such as weddings!
